Today kWh not refreshing automatically Need to kill app and restart

This app does not work as advertised. It shows my address and how much power my system is producing. Nothing more. The screens in the detail section in the App Store are not accessible on my iPhone and I am running iOS 9.

Just updated, but nothing change from previous version. NO " go back " button to refresh.

I can only see my consumption use as the app refreshes and then it disappears! Needs work yet.

Daily production value on top bar doesnt update unless you fully exit program and come back in. Value just above the graph does update but is in light green and hard to see (for me anyway). Other than that it is just a slightly prettier version than the last one as far as I can tell. Not really interested in twittering my solar data.

Current power production does not refresh unless you completely exit out of the app. Exported power appears randomly for less than one second. No refresh button. The app is disappointing. Please improve performance. We, users of Solar Edge will be glad when it is finally improved.

Please add a refresh button to the Dashboard such as already exists on the Layout page, which needs a redesign by the way, starting with enlargement of the panel representation. Is there a reason the app cant update automatically?

The app only shows production, the weather forecast and directions to my house. The app opens maps to show where I am. The photos shown in the details section is not representative of what the app provides. Id like to know what my system is doing. What panels are producing and what panels if any are not working. Several times due to high heat my system tripped a circuit. The app showed 0 production, but no alarms or warnings there was a problem. Unless you go outside and continuously monitor the system there is no real warning the system has gone down. This app needs much improvement. If there is another app out there that monitors better please let me know.

The SolarEdge iOS app is basic, but fine. It gives me production info for my system and for individual panels over a variety of periods (day, week, etc.) I havent noticed any "bugs" as yet. It seems pretty darn good for on-the-go insight into how my rooftop solar is doing. Realtime updating and alarms would be nice, but this app does what I need.

The app tells me very little. Info should be dynamically refreshed, and power generated by panel should be shown. Needs notifications for outages, etc. Very disappointing compared to other systems Ive seen. Website is the same poor quality. Looks like someone just slapped all this together.

Basic, but tells me what I need to know: how much power in producing, and output per panel. Not sure why other reviewers had trouble refreshing the data: I just pulled down to refresh.

As others have reported it seems the best way to get it to update is to force a quit and restart it. Whenever the App is brought to the front (from the background) is should update. Whenever the App is scrolled up (past the top, when the progress wheel shows) it should force an update to the information. (This is common practice among iPhone Apps). Or there should be an "update" button. While Im at it: - the scale of the graphs changes from day to day. It would be much more preferable to have the scale remain the same and be scaled to the maximum output of the inverter. That way when you scroll from day to day youre seeing a true comparison and not a distorted one because the scale keeps changing. - It doesnt report problems

This app refreshes fine! Swipe down to refresh just like most apps.

I am able to log in thru web browser, but the app is hopeless on either iPhone or iPad.

I was so excited to install this app, but then I used it. Huh? This app shows nothing like the info on my Solar Edge inverter. I want the same info found on the LED screen on my inverter. I.e. how many panels are functioning, System status, Watts, VAC VDC etc. This app is really useless. I closed and reopened and it shows data from 5 hours ago. Really? that much lag? This means my system could be down right now and I would have no way to know from this app. Please update this app so its actually useful. And for reveiwers who are stating they see info for each panel I say show me because I have one screen option which only shows current production from hours ago and screens are nothing like the shots shown for this app. Plus weather and a map to my house. Both of which I dont need in this app. Very dissapointed to say the least.

The app has updated the monitoring information two times in 48 hours. Very poor app and very poor representation of this company. I would choose another company if possible.

The app sometimes shows a far different output then the inverter does. A 15-20 minute update time is horrible. The amount of information available is very limited compared to what the inverter can tell me. I paid a ton of money for my system. The monitoring should be much better. Make it better.

The app is no where close to what it shows on the App Store. Very misleading and dishonest. The Company should be ashamed of this. Make it like you advertised.

The app worked fine until I updated to the new version. Now it doesnt update any production info. I dont have any data about production since October 1.

I am new to this app as my solar was installed only a month ago. The salesman spoke so highly of solar edge and how you can monitor everything. The last two updates have been worse then terrible. One of the updates deleted all panel information. The last update put the panels back on with no information available and now it shows the system not generating any power. SolarEdge get your act together. Your making the salesmen look terrible!!
